Say hello to the Little House of Uptown also known as #LittleHouseOnRouth (yes it has a hashtag too) is located in the heart of Uptown Dallas. It’s a space where workshops, pop-ups, intimate events, weddings, dinners & more can play. Its a space where everyone is welcomed and where magical moments will be shared. We would love to host you & your guest soon.(When we start booking events again. Currently no events are allowed.) So stay for a while, look around & let us know what you think.

Our Little House on Routh is approximately 980-square feet. It is the perfect little space to host your next private event. Whether you are looking for a place for a Baby Shower, Bridal Shower, Dinner Party, Book Club, Book Signing, Pop-Up Shop, workshops and other social or creative gathering. It is a space with you in mind. Little House on Routh can be transformed into many things to fit your needs & styles. Oh guess what? Little House on Routh has a full kitchen. So we are perfect for the culinary world as well. Are you a Chef wanting to host a Dinner? Or Bakery wishing to have a Pop-Up?

2 Hours $210 (Weekday Only)
3 Hours $299 (Weekday Only)
ANYTIME:
5 Hours $404 (AM or PM Slots)
Half Day (7 Hours) $600 (AM or PM Slots)
Full Day (8+ Hours Unlimited ) $700 (50% Deposit only needed to book a full day.)
Recommended number of attendees: 15-20 all at once, 75-100 come and go.*
*Based on general event type. Recommendation varies on event type and set up.
*Back Gated area additional cost of $1,000…and events must be approved prior to use.

Little Notes about Little HOuse on Routh
* Please note to lock in your potential date you must provide FULL payment. This means that even if you complete the rental agreement and we do not have a paid invoice you are not officially locked in. (Cleaning deposit must be paid as well.)
* Free Wifi is included in your rental
* You are more then welcome to bring in food & beverage at no additional cost.
*PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ALL BOOKINGS INCLUDE YOUR SETUP AND TAKE-DOWN TIME. Please take note of your rental time. Our overage cost is $150 for every 30 minutes. This time starts immediately at the end of your contracted/scheduled time. Please make sure you have enough time and do not go over.
* Rates include full use of the entire house and everything inside. Please note rental does not include our back gated area. Back gated area may be rented at an additional cost on Saturday & Sundays only.
* Parking in the gated back area is NOT ALLOWED. There is ample street parking in front of the Little House and around. Please do not block the alley way at anytime.
* All Bookings are non refundable. If you must cancel a credit will be issued that can be used within the same calendar year as your booked event.
* Handcrafted Farmhouse Tables & Benches by Lavender & Mint Designs are included. Perfect for Creative Workshops or Dinner. Chairs are available in the studio as well. We offer a variety of chairs, couches & stools.
* Plants, Plants & More Plants.... will always be in house.
* Credit card must be on file during rental.
*We except money order, venmo, or credit card (please note there is a 3% processing fee on all credit card payments)
* There is a $100 Cleaning Deposit for all Rentals 1-3 Hours $150 Cleaning Deposit for all Rentals 3+ Hours. You will receive the cleaning deposit 10 Business Days after your rental.
*Holiday Rates that fall on the weekend must include a full day rental.
* Security is extra, and only required for events with 75 or more people, or any event where alcohol is served. We ask that you follow TABC guidelines when it comes to alcohol in the space and please keep all food and drinks inside the little house.
